The ground level has a bedroom (queen size bed), a
bathroom and a large living/entertaining area.
Upstairs the bedroom has a king size bed and a glass
wall through to the living area and balcony (blinds
in place and linen provided), bathroom, a separate
WC, kitchen and large living areas opening out onto
extensive eastern, northern and western decks.
Access to the 'viewing/sitting around having a few
drinks roof deck' is from this upstairs lounge area.
The ocean can be seen from all three levels.
The upstairs living area and the main bedroom both
have reverse cycle air conditioning. The sea breeze
in summer is usually enough to keep things cool and
comfortable, and winter ambient temperatures beside
the sea are kinder than most of South East Queensland.
There is a big screen TV downstairs and a Plasma TV
and CD/DVD player upstairs. There is a fridge/freezer
both upstairs and downstairs.
A laundry with a washing machine, a clothes dryer
and a chest freezer for your bait and fish fillets,
is located in the garage.
